Up Terms of Use

Up is a digital audience engagement, ticketing and commerce platform that enables customers to access tickets, manage bookings, receive communications and purchase products and services offered by event organisers, venues, festivals and other partners ("Partners") through the Up website, applications and related services (the "Platform").

In relation to tickets, memberships, donations, upgrades, exchanges, hospitality packages, merchandise, food and beverage products and any other goods or services made available through the Platform, Up acts as a technology provider and agent on behalf of the relevant Partner. The contract for the purchase and supply of such products or services is between you and the relevant Partner, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Up facilitates the processing of transactions, ticket fulfilment, customer communications and related services on behalf of its Partners. Up is not responsible for the organisation, operation, delivery, quality, content or cancellation of any event, product or service offered by a Partner, except to the extent expressly stated in these Terms.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Up is registered in England and Wales under company name OneUp Holdings Limited (company number 15110373), trading as “Up”, and have our registered office at Matrix Studios, 91 Peterborough Road, London, SW6 3BU (“we”, “our”, “us” or “Up”).

By using our App you accept these Terms

We licence you to use:

• The Up web application software and the data supplied with the software (“App”) and any updates or supplements to it; and
• The service you connect to via the App and the content we provide to you through it (“Service”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Service:

• Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and share information across our App.
• Our Cookie Policy, which sets out information about the cookies on our App.

We may make changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our App, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

We may update and change our App from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users' needs and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.
